This role is focused on field operations, ensuring the correct application and monitoring of chemical products while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance. You will work closely with operational teams and clients, analyzing data, performing inspections, and supporting process optimization. The position involves both technical execution and client engagement, offering opportunities to apply analytical skills and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will help ensure operational efficiency, maintain accurate records, and provide technical guidance to enhance process outcomes. This is a dynamic, hands-on role in an industrial environment where your expertise directly impacts product performance and customer satisfaction.
As a Field Technician III, you will:
- Follow strict safety, quality, and environmental procedures at all times.
- Monitor operational processes, analyze trends, identify deviations, and propose improvements.
- Perform product dosing and adjustments according to established parameters.
- Handle chemical products safely and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collect samples, record results, and produce technical reports.
- Conduct field inspections, basic maintenance, and performance tests for new technologies.
- Support the technical development and maintenance of client accounts.
- Assist in trainings, onboarding, and safety meetings, keeping clients informed about operational routines, adjustments, and schedules.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Technical degree in Chemistry, Electromechanics, Industrial Processes, or related areas.
- Experience in industrial environments.
- Active driver’s license (CNH) category B.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment to high-quality results.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency in dynamic industrial settings.
