What You Bring to the Table
Must-Haves:
• A mechanical mind and comfort with tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Willing to get certified (we’ll guide you through it).
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in diverse environments (indoors/outdoors).
• Okay with fuel odors, paint fumes, and physical work.
• Ready to work independently after training.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Background in mechanical, electrical, or field service work.
• Familiarity with computers, service ticketing, or dispatch systems.
• A hands-on, go-getter attitude toward challenges.
