In this role, you will support new business initiatives, develop engaging marketing materials, and help strengthen brand visibility through strategic communication efforts. You will collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage partnership communications, and support client acquisition strategies. Accountabilities:
  • Support new business development initiatives by assisting with market research, partnership communications, sales collateral, and client outreach materials.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, graphics, and sales enablement content that support business growth efforts.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for strategic partnerships, helping coordinate communications, joint marketing initiatives, and collaborative events.
  • Design and produce a variety of digital marketing materials including social media graphics, one-pagers, case studies, email campaigns, and presentation decks.
  • Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for websites, landing pages, social media, email marketing, and other communication channels.
  • Manage and maintain the content and communications calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Coordinate content collection and project workflows across teams while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee social media management across multiple platforms, including content scheduling, publishing, engagement, and community interaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in communications, marketing, business development support, or related roles within a digital agency or fast-paced client-focused environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with experience producing professional marketing and communication content.
  • Strong graphic design capabilities with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn new software, tools, and digital platforms.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and technology to improve workflows, productivity, and content development.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and personalities.
  • Creative, proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first and highly collaborative work environment.
