Job Description

Product Manager, Integrations

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager, Integrations in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of product execution, data infrastructure, and external partner ecosystems, focusing on building and scaling integrations that power complex real estate transaction workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless data exchange between internal systems, external partners, and client platforms, with a strong emphasis on reliability, performance, and scalability. Working closely with engineering, data science, operations, and external stakeholders, you will translate business needs into well-defined product requirements and deliverables. The role is highly execution-focused, requiring strong ownership over roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and day-to-day delivery. You will also play a key role in monitoring system health, identifying performance issues, and driving continuous improvements. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the reliability and connectivity of mission-critical systems in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own execution and delivery across Data Services and External Integrations, including APIs and data exchange systems supporting real estate workflows.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and well-tested integration solutions across internal and external systems.
  • Define, track, and analyze key product and system performance metrics, including latency, throughput, error rates, and operational health.
  • Monitor system behavior and proactively identify anomalies, degradation, or risks, coordinating resolution with engineering and operations teams.
  • Manage relationships with third-party data providers and technical partners, ensuring SLA compliance, data quality, and integration stability.
  • Support customer onboarding and integration processes in collaboration with sales and implementation teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and optimizing workflows across product and partner ecosystems.
Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles, preferably in technical or platform-focused environments.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations, with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience working with product metrics, system monitoring, or operational performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple product areas simultaneously while maintaining strong execution and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors, partners, or clients in a technical integration context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: experience in fintech, proptech, mortgage/title/escrow workflows, or familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Postman.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $132,100 to $188,900 USD, plus eligibility for bonus and equity compensation.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
  • Generous paid time off and paid family bonding leave (up to 12 weeks).
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and additional insurance options including disability and life coverage.
  • Flexible work-life balance with a remote-friendly work environment.
  • Strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion within a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Opportunity to contribute to high-impact systems transforming real estate transaction efficiency through technology.
