Job Summary:

Fairfield Inn & Suites is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee front desk operations and help ensure every guest has a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. You will lead with a customer-first mindset, support a high-performing team, and help keep daily hotel operations running efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, partnering across departments to ensure teams are aligned on service and guest needs.

• Develop and apply service recovery guidelines that resolve issues quickly and deliver complete guest satisfaction.

• Coach, support, and grow front office staff by creating a motivating environment, providing training, and encouraging career advancement.

• Assist the General Manager with developing, implementing, and monitoring financial and operational plans that support company goals.

• Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned, ensuring smooth operations during your shift.

• 2+ years of hotel or hospitality leadership experience with proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of hotel software systems, property management systems, and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience with operations leadership.
• Experience managing day-to-day hotel operations and coordinating teams to deliver guest satisfaction.
