What You'll Do

• Focus on building value, closing deals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow up on warm leads and sales opportunities to achieve your goals.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, services, and sales techniques.
• Serve as the local expert in your market, understanding customer needs and providing the right solutions.
• Educate customers on HVAC maintenance, energy efficiency, and sustainability while building long-term trust.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven Sales Professional: You have a strong track record of sales success, can confidently close deals, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Highly Organized: You excel at managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident Presenting: You can confidently present solutions and build customer confidence.
• Outgoing & Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and enjoy building relationships with customers.
• Local Knowledge & Expertise: Familiarity with local codes and residential home services is a plus.
