Seasonal Sales Associate in Williamsburg, Virginia at The Gerard Group, Inc

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the best products for their needs and tastes
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Assist with stock pricing and replenishment
- Process cash, charge and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently
- Help the sales and management team meet sales targets and goals
- Maintain hospitable relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including light housekeeping

- This is a holiday season, part time position through the last week of 2026

- All staff work some weekend shifts

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Friendly, energetic presence

- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions

- Time management skills

- Ability to work well in a small team environment

- Familiarity with technology products (e.g., electronics, wireless devices) is a plus

- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences

- Consistent weekend availability
