Pull-A-Part is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Agent to support customers, drivers, and store locations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails.

Your Impact

You will help keep vehicle buying and pickup activities running smoothly by providing timely support, maintaining accurate information, and coordinating requests among customers, drivers, and store teams.

What You Will Do as a Dispatch Agent

• Answer and manage calls from customers, drivers, and store locations.

• Send and respond to emails professionally and promptly.

• Understand and apply vehicle buying laws and requirements across various states.

• Verify VINs, update quotes, and reschedule appointments as needed.

• Resolve customer service issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary.

• Meet established call and performance goals.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all tasks.

• Effectively multitask while managing calls, emails, and administrative duties.

What You Will Bring as a Dispatch Agent
