Job Description

Senior AI Product Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior AI Product Marketing Manager based in the United States.

Shape the go-to-market strategy for an enterprise AI-powered application modernization platform, translating advanced technology into compelling business value. In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll connect market intelligence, customer insights, product development, and commercial execution to help enterprise organizations modernize legacy applications. You’ll own market sizing, competitive intelligence, ideal customer profiling, and positioning while partnering closely with product, engineering, sales, and cloud ecosystem teams. Working within a fast-paced monthly release cycle, you’ll turn technical capabilities into persuasive messaging, executive-ready business cases, and effective sales enablement resources. You’ll also leverage generative AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate research and content creation without compromising quality or brand voice. This fully remote opportunity is specifically open to candidates based in the Greater Seattle area who combine technical fluency, analytical strength, and exceptional product marketing judgment.

Accountabilities
  • Build, maintain, and defend comprehensive Total Addressable Market (TAM) models by source technology, tracking pipeline projections against market estimates to inform executive and board-level strategy.

  • Analyze customer call recordings and CRM data using platforms such as Gong and HubSpot to identify recurring objections, customer themes, buying signals, and opportunities that inform product and sales priorities.

  • Maintain a continuously updated competitive intelligence repository covering application modernization vendors, coding tools, and internal modernization approaches, translating findings into actionable sales battlecards.

  • Refine the enterprise Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) monthly using win/loss analysis, market intelligence, and feedback from customer-facing teams.

  • Translate monthly product release features into clear positioning, messaging frameworks, seller talk tracks, and sales enablement materials delivered ahead of launch dates.

  • Convert complex technical assessments into executive-ready business cases for IT leaders and budget owners, emphasizing risk reduction, cost savings, operational efficiency, and speed.

  • Develop channel enablement briefs and supporting collateral for partner account executives and technical specialists to strengthen co-selling and marketplace initiatives.

  • Direct and coordinate AI agents to generate multi-channel marketing and sales collateral, applying rigorous editorial review to eliminate generic AI-generated content and maintain a consistent brand voice.

  • Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and channel teams to align market insights, product capabilities, launch strategies, and commercial priorities.

  • Operate effectively within rapid monthly delivery cycles, adapting messaging and priorities as product capabilities, competitive conditions, and customer needs evolve.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

  • At least 5 years of professional B2B product marketing experience in software, developer tools, or advanced technical services.

  • Must be physically located in the Greater Seattle area and authorized to work there.

  • Strong technical foundation, with the ability to communicate credibly with software engineers and cloud architects about legacy application modernization, cloud migration, and modern software architectures.

  • Proven experience developing, validating, and maintaining TAM and market-sizing models, including pipeline analysis and deal intelligence.

  • Daily, hands-on proficiency with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude, including building and orchestrating AI-driven workflows for research, competitive analysis, sentiment analysis, and content generation.

  • Demonstrated success creating sales enablement materials, including battlecards, pitch decks, demo narratives, and release-aligned collateral, with evidence of adoption by active enterprise sales teams.

  • Experience working with revenue intelligence and CRM platforms such as Gong, HubSpot, or Salesforce to extract actionable customer and buyer insights.

  • Strong understanding of application modernization concepts, cloud migration pathways, and developer platforms.

  • Experience operating within rapid product release cycles, managing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong editorial judgment and the ability to refine AI-generated content into clear, precise, persuasive messaging.

  • Strong analytical thinking and commercial judgment, with the ability to translate technical complexity into business decisions and value propositions.

  • High degree of autonomy, organizational discipline, and ability to manage projects and priorities independently.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align product, engineering, sales, and partner teams.

  • Nice to have: Experience within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including co-selling, Azure Marketplace, Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) growth, or Azure Technical Specialist enablement.

  • Nice to have: Familiarity with legacy application technologies such as VB6, WinForms, WebForms, Access, PowerBuilder, Clarion, or Delphi, alongside modern technologies such as .NET, Blazor, and Microsoft Azure.

  • Nice to have: Previous experience in AI-driven software delivery, cloud migrations, or developer platforms.

Benefits
  • Remote work: Fully remote working arrangement for eligible candidates based in the Greater Seattle area.

  • Competitive compensation: Salary details and a specific compensation range are not provided in the available job description.

  • Professional development: Access to education, training, and opportunities to develop skills in emerging technologies, including AI, data analytics, and machine learning.

  • Collaborative environment: Work with integrated engineering and technology teams on complex client challenges and enterprise modernization initiatives.

  • Innovation and impact: Contribute to AI-driven products and go-to-market strategies that help organizations modernize software and achieve measurable business outcomes.

  • Inclusive workplace: Equal employment opportunities and a commitment to diversity, belonging, and a welcoming environment where individuals can contribute and grow.
