Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cleanroom Technician to strengthen our cleanroom manufacturing operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring stable, high-quality production processes within a semiconductor-related environment. You will work across critical production and inspection steps, support continuous process reliability, and contribute to a culture of precision and operational excellence.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong cleanroom and/or semiconductor background who enjoys structured work, detailed documentation, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics Management: Oversee and coordinate all logistics operations, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Supplier and Carrier Coordination: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations. This includes negotiating contracts and rates to
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to ensure that products are available when needed while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze logistics data to identify trends, improve processes, and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the transportation process, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed logistics documentation, including shipping records, inventory reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that team members meet performance goals and adhere to best practices.
  • Project Implementation: Lead logistics projects aimed at improving efficiency, such as implementing new technologies or processes to streamline operations


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage complex logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with suppliers and carriers.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools for tracking shipments and managing inventory.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address challenges in the supply chain effectively.

Additional Information

The expected salary range for this position is between $25 and $28/hr. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit-sharing bonus with a target of 10%. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
