Senior AI-Product Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced software engineer passionate about shaping the future of AI-assisted product development. In this role, you will help design and deliver innovative SaaS solutions that support HR, legal, compliance, and risk management operations on a global scale. The position combines hands-on full-stack engineering with technical leadership, allowing you to influence architecture, mentor teams, and drive innovation initiatives. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the adoption and optimization of AI-assisted software development practices using tools such as GitHub Copilot, GPT APIs, and other AI engineering solutions.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, APIs, and backend systems supporting enterprise SaaS products.
  • Define engineering best practices related to prompt engineering, AI integration, testing strategies, and development workflows.
  • Drive complex technical initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend process improvements that increase team productivity and product innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align engineering solutions with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience building scalable, production-grade applications.
  • Strong expertise in backend or full-stack technologies such as Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or React.
  • Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools and large language model technologies in engineering workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with AI frameworks, GPT APIs, LangChain, or similar AI integration platforms.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, testing methodologies, code quality, security, and application performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience within HR, legal, compliance, or risk technology environments is considered a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
