As a Consumer Support Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for individuals using specialized medical products, providing guidance, support, and post-purchase assistance through both inbound and outbound communication. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive conversations with care and discretion. Accountabilities
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound post-purchase confirmation calls to support consumers and gather feedback on product experiences
  • Manage inbound inquiries from end users, clinicians, dealers, and internal stakeholders while resolving concerns and escalating issues when necessary
  • Provide empathetic and professional customer service related to sensitive healthcare topics and product usage
  • Educate consumers on products, services, and available support resources while ensuring accurate and timely communication
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions within CRM and internal systems
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives, advisors, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and service performance metrics for inbound and outbound activities
  • Stay informed on product updates, operational processes, and compliance standards to ensure high-quality support
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience, ideally in outbound support environments
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive discussions professionally
  • Experience using CRM systems, data entry tools, and standard computer applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting while maintaining productivity and focus
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities with a customer-first mindset
  • Flexibility to work schedules between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Friday
  • High level of motivation, professionalism, and attention to detail
