You will lead complex client engagements end-to-end, guiding cross-functional teams through strategic assessments, operating model design, and revenue optimization initiatives. The role combines hands-on problem solving with executive-level storytelling, requiring the ability to turn ambiguity into structured, actionable recommendations. You will shape sales, marketing, and partner strategies that directly impact revenue performance and organizational effectiveness. Operating in a fast-paced consulting environment, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders while managing delivery teams and multiple workstreams. This is a high-impact role where strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and client leadership converge to drive measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on go-to-market transformation, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable client impact. You will manage project execution, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional workstreams while guiding teams toward successful outcomes.

  • Lead client engagements from hypothesis development through final presentation, ensuring structured delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to meet scope, quality, and deadline expectations
  • Design and deliver go-to-market strategies including sales coverage models, partner strategy, and organizational operating models
  • Develop marketing strategies such as segmentation, value proposition design, demand generation, and lifecycle engagement frameworks
  • Build performance frameworks, KPIs, and financial models to support strategic recommendations and ROI optimization
  • Facilitate client presentations and workshops, translating complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives
  • Oversee and mentor analysts and consultants, ensuring high-quality analytical output and professional development
  • Partner with client leadership to align strategic direction across sales, marketing, and revenue operations
Requirements

This role requires a strong consulting background combined with hands-on experience in customer-facing or revenue-driven functions. You should be comfortable leading complex engagements, managing stakeholders, and delivering structured strategic recommendations in ambiguous environments.

  • 3–4+ years of consulting experience, ideally within management consulting or similar advisory environments
  • Prior experience supporting or leading large-scale enterprise clients (e.g., Fortune 500 organizations)
  • Background in B2B commercial functions such as sales, customer success, channel partnerships, or revenue operations
  • Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy, including sales strategy, marketing strategy, and operating model design
  • Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles from analysis and hypothesis development to executive presentation
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing teams or mentoring junior consultants is highly desirable
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
