- Lead and continuously improve the operational infrastructure supporting global partner and channel programs.
- Develop scalable frameworks for partner tiers, incentives, deal registration processes, rules of engagement, and partner governance.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between partner organizations and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment across systems, strategy, and reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards, analytics, and reporting processes related to partner pipeline, bookings, revenue contribution, and performance metrics.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators including sourced revenue, influenced pipeline, partner-attached deals, and partner health metrics.
- Deliver actionable business insights to executive leadership and support quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with GTM systems, IT, and sales operations teams to optimize CRM, PRM, and deal registration platforms.
- Identify operational inefficiencies across the partner lifecycle and implement scalable process improvements.
- Standardize documentation, workflows, and operational procedures across onboarding, co-selling, renewals, and expansion activities.
- Partner with marketing teams to support MDF tracking, campaign execution, and co-marketing performance analysis.
- Work closely with finance and legal teams on incentive programs, rebate reconciliation, contract management, and compliance initiatives.
- Support enablement and onboarding efforts to ensure partners have access to effective tools, training, and operational support.
- Contribute to strategic planning activities including territory design, segmentation, headcount planning, and partner ecosystem expansion initiatives.
- Provide operational support for global growth strategies, including new market entry and merger or acquisition activities involving partner ecosystems.
- 8+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, or related functions within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Minimum 3+ years of leadership or management experience building and scaling operational teams or functions.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystem models including VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, distributors, and technology alliances.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and partner relationship management (PRM) tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with experience using BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Gong, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for operational analysis and reporting.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across sales, finance, legal, marketing, IT, and executive leadership teams.
- Strong strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to execute operational initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region partner programs is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, identity security, or enterprise software industries is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience with CPQ processes and partner quoting workflows is a plus.
