• Lead complex, cross-functional technology projects and concept studies in close collaboration with product management and technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate turbine concepts transparently based on factors such as LCoE, timelines, budgets, and risks to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate project execution across multidisciplinary teams including R&D, procurement, production, service, transport, and installation.
• Optimize turbine configurations and oversee smooth handovers to product development teams following established development processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges early, and implement solution-oriented escalation processes when necessary.
• Ensure successful delivery of project objectives while maintaining responsibility for project quality, timelines, and financial performance.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across international teams and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing turbine-related projects and technology concepts, ideally supported by project management certification.
• Strong understanding of complex engineering environments and cross-functional project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• High level of quality awareness, accountability, and assertiveness in project execution.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or German, combined with experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
