- Prepare and support feasibility cost estimates, detailed cost plans, and budgeting activities for construction and real estate projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis from design documentation across multiple project stages.
- Deliver cost management services for occupier and investor-led projects across commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors.
- Identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate project risks related to design, procurement, and cost estimation.
- Apply industry-standard measurement methodologies such as NRM and SMM7 to support accurate project costing.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders to optimize project deliverables and timelines.
- Raise RFIs and coordinate technical clarifications to support project execution and cost accuracy.
- Maintain high-quality reporting, proposal writing, and project documentation standards.
- Support project delivery from inception through completion while ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, bids, and broader team collaboration activities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or construction commercial management roles.
- Strong technical understanding of cost planning, quantity take-offs, and construction cost estimation processes.
- Experience working on commercial office, hospitality, hotel, residential, or fit-out projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with European construction methodologies and industry measurement standards such as NRM and SMM7.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with cost management software such as CostX is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within fast-paced project environments.
- Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative approach to teamwork and project delivery.
- MRICS qualification is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
