Senior Account Executive - DXP

Join a fast-growing digital experience technology organization operating at the intersection of AI, content, search, and customer experience innovation. In this role, you will drive strategic new business growth across enterprise and mid-market accounts, selling modern composable Digital Experience Platform (DXP) solutions that help organizations transform how they engage with users online. You will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing complex deals, while engaging senior stakeholders in highly consultative conversations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a high-impact, fast-evolving environment where you will help shape market expansion in the US. You will collaborate closely with marketing, solutions engineering, and leadership teams to build pipeline and deliver value-driven solutions. Ideal for a strategic and entrepreneurial sales professional, this role combines autonomy, commercial ownership, and exposure to cutting-edge digital experience technologies.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, closing, and post-sale alignment.
  • Develop and execute outbound and inbound pipeline strategies to generate new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Engage and influence senior decision-makers, including executives in marketing, digital, IT, and transformation functions.
  • Deliver consultative, value-based selling of DXP, search, and content intelligence solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and solution evaluations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to position offerings effectively and support deal progression.
  • Maintain a strong, well-qualified pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Contribute insights and feedback to help shape go-to-market strategy and regional growth initiatives.
  • Build long-term client relationships focused on trust, expansion opportunities, and sustained value delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, enterprise software sales, or digital experience platform (DXP), CMS, martech, or search technology solutions.
  • Strong track record of managing and closing complex, consultative sales cycles in enterprise or mid-market environments.
  • Experience in prospecting and generating pipeline independently through outbound and strategic engagement.
  • Ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders and navigate multi-layered decision-making processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to position value-based solutions rather than feature-led selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Curiosity and interest in AI, digital transformation, customer experience, and emerging technologies.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and highly organized with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Experience selling into sectors such as higher education, government, professional services, or enterprise digital teams is a plus.
