This role focuses on driving revenue growth for an AI-powered event technology platform that delivers real-time multilingual event summaries to global audiences. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, managing the full sales cycle, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. The position blends strategic prospecting with technical sales, requiring the ability to clearly demonstrate a complex SaaS product in a compelling and tailored way. You will work closely with product and technical teams in a fast-paced startup environment where experimentation, ownership, and speed matter. The role has a direct impact on company growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion across international event and conference ecosystems. Accountabilities:
  • Conduct proactive prospecting to generate and qualify new leads across target markets and event technology sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and final deal closure.
  • Deliver tailored, technical product demonstrations that clearly communicate platform value and capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to align customer needs with solution capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and continuously optimize sales processes for efficiency and conversion.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and clients to support long-term engagement and retention.
  • Contribute to feedback loops that help refine product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Strong ability to understand and explain technical products and AI-driven solutions.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and proactive mindset with a strong focus on growth and results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with AI-powered SaaS or automation-driven sales processes is a plus.
