Therapy and Learning Center of Georgia (TLC)
Location: Kennesaw, GA · Setting: In-clinic, pediatric early intervention
Therapy and Learning Center of Georgia is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Kennesaw clinic. You will join a collaborative team of BCBAs, Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs) in a clinic-based, pediatric setting focused on early intervention.

Position Overview
The Clinical Director (BCBA) at our Kennesaw clinic will oversee a small in-clinic team and an early intervention caseload of approximately six full-time patients, all scheduled for in-clinic services only.
You will be responsible for:
Conducting initial and ongoing assessments
Designing and monitoring ABA treatment plans
Supervising and developing a team of RBTs
Providing family training and support
Partnering with the Center Manager on scheduling and clinic flow
Managing approximately six direct reports
Key Responsibilities
Utilize assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and PEAK to guide treatment planning
Conduct functional and skills assessments for new and existing clients
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise RBTs, including direct and indirect supervision, coaching, and performance feedback
Audit and review RBT documentation for accuracy and clinical quality
Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills
Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and other team members to support a multi-disciplinary model of care
Coordinate with the Center Manager on staff scheduling, caseload balance, and clinic operations
Maintain timely, thorough, and compliant clinical documentation
Uphold TLC’s commitment to ethical, family-centered, evidence-based services
Requirements:Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (Required)
Current BCBA certification in good standing (Required)
At least 3 years of experience as a BCBA in a pediatric ABA setting (Preferred)
Prior leadership, supervisory, or lead BCBA/clinical director experience is a plus
Strong skills in supervising RBTs and leading small clinical teams
Comfortable working in an in-clinic, early-intervention pediatric setting
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality clinical care
