Description:

The Palms at 8800 Apartments is now hiring a Make Ready Tech in San Antonio, TX.

Duties:

  • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
  • Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed
  • Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Requirements:
  • At least 12 months of onsite multifamily experience
  • Previous experience as a Make Ready required
  • Possess valid Identification
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
