As a Sr. Director, Solutions Consulting, you will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise solutions consulting, helping drive complex sales opportunities and successful product launches. This senior commercial leadership role connects sales, operations, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer solutions are scalable, competitive, and operationally achievable. You will shape deal strategy, strengthen pre-sales capabilities, and build a high-performing solutions consulting function. Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will influence growth strategy, improve commercial effectiveness, and ensure new products are successfully brought to market. - Define and execute the solutions consulting strategy in alignment with enterprise sales objectives and long-term growth goals.
- Partner with Sales leadership to shape complex deal strategies, solution designs, pricing approaches, and competitive positioning.
- Serve as the executive escalation point for high-value opportunities requiring strategic alignment and cross-functional decision-making.
- Establish standards, processes, and best practices for pre-sales excellence to improve win rates and overall deal quality.
- Represent solutions consulting in executive-level pipeline reviews, forecasting discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
- Build and scale the solutions consulting organization through operating models, hiring strategies, performance frameworks, and team development.
- Develop team expertise across solution demonstrations, customer discovery, feasibility analysis, pricing strategy, and sales enablement.
- Define and track key performance metrics, including win rates, deal progression, and commercial effectiveness.
- Lead end-to-end launch readiness strategies for new products and major enhancements, ensuring commercial and operational success.
- Establish launch frameworks covering delivery readiness, operational processes, training, technical documentation, pricing structures, and customer-facing materials.
- Partner with Product leadership to incorporate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into product roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Commercial, Operations, Product, IT, and Customer Delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
- Significant experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, sales engineering, or similar commercial leadership roles supporting enterprise sales.
- Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles, solution design processes, and strategic deal structures.
- Demonstrated success leading product launch strategies and driving operational readiness for new solutions or platforms.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams, including coaching, hiring, and developing senior professionals.
- Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and align cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
- Advanced consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
