- Own governance and communication workflows, including status updates, escalation management, and documentation of key decisions and outcomes.
- Coordinate across R&D, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Program teams to align execution with product strategy and resolve cross-functional misalignments.
- Track portfolio-level initiatives, ensuring visibility on milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Identify gaps in execution readiness and proactively drive resolution of issues impacting delivery or strategic alignment.
- Ensure leadership decisions are clearly communicated, understood, and operationally executed across all relevant teams.
Bachelor’s degree required, with proven experience in product management, program management, or strategy execution within complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong experience in structured decision-making, including preparation of options, trade-offs, and executive-level decision documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage governance frameworks, communication rhythms, and escalation pathways across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working effectively with R&D, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Program Management teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to maintain portfolio-level visibility and track multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prior exposure to product, program, or portfolio leadership roles in global organizations is highly desirable.
- Competitive compensation package aligned with global program and portfolio leadership roles.
- Opportunity to work on high-impact, cross-portfolio initiatives in a global life sciences environment.
- Hybrid/remote flexibility with occasional international travel (up to 30%).
- Exposure to senior leadership decision-making and enterprise-level strategy execution.
- Strong learning and development opportunities within a science-driven, innovation-focused organization.
- Collaborative and inclusive work culture focused on continuous improvement and impact.
- Health, wellness, and comprehensive employee benefits package.
- Career growth opportunities across global product and program leadership tracks.
