LOCATION: Lehi, UTPOSITION OVERVIEW:
As our Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll help drive results across the systems and processes that keep revenue moving. On the RevOps side, you’ll turn data into clean pipelines, sharp reporting, and smarter processes that help the sales team perform. On the Deal Desk side, you’ll help deals move cleanly from quote to signature to billing. The two go hand in hand — better data and process make for smoother deals, and well-run deals keep the data clean. You’ll do this alongside a RevOps team and close partners in Sales, Systems, and Finance. If you like driving pipeline to revenue and helping a team close with confidence, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Sales process improvement. Map current sales and handoff processes, find the friction, and design cleaner workflows, automations, and playbooks in HubSpot that help reps sell faster and more consistently.
- Contract generation. Generate quotes, order forms, and contracts for new business and renewals — with accurate pricing, terms, and product configuration on every deal.
- Subscription management. Create and update customer subscriptions — upgrades, downgrades, add-ons, renewals, and cancellations — keeping records consistent across CRM and billing.
- Quote-to-cash process. Keep the handoff from closed-won to billing and finance clean — order accuracy, correct effective dates, and tight sync between HubSpot and the billing system.
- Pricing & approval workflows. Support pricing, discounting, and approval guardrails; route non-standard deals for review and make sure exceptions are documented and approved before they’re booked.
- Renewal process. Track upcoming renewals, prep the paperwork, and support the team in processing renewal and expansion changes on time.
- Pipeline & data hygiene. Keep our CRM data clean and reliable — standardize deal, contact, and company records, enforce required fields and stage definitions, deduplicate, and set up automated validation so leadership can trust every number in the pipeline.
- Tech Stack management. Help administer the revenue tech stack (HubSpot, Gong, and connected tools); maintain documented SOPs.
- Sales enablement support. Partner with sales leadership to build and maintain enablement assets — process documentation, CRM how-tos, playbooks, and training materials — and help onboard and upskill reps on tools and process.
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a related analytical role — ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on CRM expertise, ideally HubSpot — building reports and dashboards, configuring workflows, and managing data quality.
- Solid grasp of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, expansion, win rate) and how a sales funnel works.
- Experience with quotes, contracts, or order management, and comfort owning quote-to-cash mechanics.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a bias for clean data and repeatable process.
- Clear communicator who can turn analysis into recommendations leadership can act on.
- Self-starter who takes ownership of their area and thrives in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
- Bonus: experience with DocuSign, QuotaPath, Gong, Clay, or other similar tools.
If you are an independent operator who is ready to jump in, learn, and take initiative, we’d love to hear from you!
