About the Role

Are you a proven sales leader looking for the rare opportunity to build a high-impact enterprise sales team from the ground up?

Canon U.S.A. is expanding its Enterprise division, and we are looking for a strategic Sales Manager to recruit, direct, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives. In this role, you will lead the charge in penetrating high-value Fortune 1000 commercial enterprises and capturing massive, untapped market share across Higher Education institutions.

We are seeking a forward-thinking sales leader who thrives on innovation and leverages modern sales technologies (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Account-Based Marketing, and AI research tools) to help their team break into hard-to-reach accounts and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Your Impact

  • Build and Lead a Top-Tier Team: Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives executing aggressive net-new acquisition strategies across curated, high-potential target accounts.
  • Drive Strategic Expansion: Lead field strategy to capture market share within Fortune 1000 and Higher Education accounts, ensuring your team achieves 100% of quota.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Conduct field coaching, executive ride-alongs, pipeline reviews, and strategic forecasting to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Champion Sales Innovation: Foster modern sales methodologies, encouraging the use of AI tools, ABM strategies, and deep account research to drive executive engagement.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

  • Leadership Track Record: Bachelor's degree required, plus 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience with proven success managing direct sales teams preferred.
  • Enterprise and Public Sector Acumen: Demonstrated experience navigating long-cycle, complex enterprise sales (Fortune 1000 and/or Higher Education/Public Sector experience preferred).
  • Modern Sales Tech Champion: Comfortable leveraging and teaching modern sales tools, including Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, Google Workspace, and AI research tools.
  • Core Characteristics: High grit, resilience, strategic agility, a growth mindset with a strong eagerness to learn, and an unwavering commitment to team accountability.
  • Industry Experience: Office technology or B2B tech background is preferred, but not required. We value proven enterprise leadership, hunting grit, and strategic execution above an industry-specific background.

What We Offer:

  • Anticipated Base Salary Range: $76,150 - $114,040 annually.
  • Incentive Compensation: Eligible for incentive compensation under the terms of an applicable plan and/or policy.
  • Perks: Monthly transportation allowance, eligible for merit-based sales achievement trips, comprehensive healthcare, 401(k) savings plan, discretionary profit sharing, discretionary success sharing, and educational assistance.
  • Workstyle: Hybrid work schedule offering flexibility between remote work and local office or customer engagement.
