What you'll do:
- Work the floor and serve guests
- Train newer crew and help them get up to speed
- Keep Dunkin' standards, recipes, and systems on point
- Support the Manager with daily operations, orders, and cost control
- Help keep the store safe, clean, and stocked
- Handle cash accurately and follow cash-management procedures
- Step in to support the team when the Manager is out

- A valid Maine driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer and math skills

Required Education, Experience & Licensure
Must possess a valid State of Maine Driver’s License
Must have reliable transportation
Basic computer skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Basic math and financial management
Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
College Degree preferred

Must have and maintain throughout your position:
State of Maine Driver's License
Reliable Transportation
Personal auto insurance in accordance with state law
Current auto registration and inspection as required by law
Principal Responsibilities for Travel
Understanding a personal vehicle is required to accomplish daily tasks:
Travel to and from the Bank one time per day as noted on the driving route with no deviations from route
Travel to and from corporate office when requested and approved by General Manger
Travel to all required trainings approved by the General Manager
Travel to other stores in the network if requested by the General Manager
