As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in improving commercial performance through data accuracy, reporting, and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing quarterly commission processes by validating data, calculating payouts, and ensuring accurate execution across complex compensation structures.
- Reconciling data between CRM platforms and product usage systems to identify discrepancies and maintain reliable reporting.
- Developing, maintaining, and analyzing dashboards and reports for sales teams, executives, and business stakeholders.
- Translating complex datasets into clear business insights, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across commercial operations.
- Partnering with Sales, Sales Operations, and leadership teams to define, automate, and monitor key performance indicators and pipeline metrics.
- Supporting forecasting, territory planning, quota modeling, and other strategic commercial planning initiatives.
- Conducting root-cause analysis on data inconsistencies and implementing processes to improve long-term accuracy.
- Communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from sales representatives to executive leadership, while solving operational challenges independently.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, operational discipline, and business understanding to support a growing commercial organization. Required qualifications include:
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and experience using business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong Salesforce expertise, including reporting, dashboards, custom views, and pipeline analysis.
- Ability to audit, troubleshoot, and reconcile data across multiple systems while maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Proven ability to transform complex technical datasets into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with an audit-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience working with healthcare technology, MedTech, or usage-based commercial models is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated problem solver who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, and create structured solutions with limited guidance.
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for querying data sources and troubleshooting data issues is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, forecasting tools, territory planning solutions, or incentive compensation platforms is advantageous.
- Competitive base salary range of $90,000–$115,000, depending on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
- Eligibility for a 10% target annual bonus, with total target compensation ranging from $99,000–$126,500.
