Sales Representative – Transplant Solutions
Position Summary
Buckeye Transplant Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to help expand Buckeye’s presence with organ procurement organizations (OPOs) and transplant centers in the United States. This role will focus on expanding existing accounts and introducing OPOs and transplant programs to Buckeye’s products including but not limited to clinical services, LENSTM software, logistics capabilities, and waitlist management solutions.
The Sales Representative will play a key role in executing Buckeye’s sales strategy by identifying operational opportunities within OPOs transplant programs and aligning Buckeye’s services with the needs of transplant administrators, clinical directors, and surgical leadership.
This role is designed to help scale Buckeye’s commercial organization and support the company’s transition from a clinical services provider into a comprehensive transplant solutions provider. This position is fully remote, with occasional travel to customer locations and industry conferences required. The employee will need to provide their own reliable home internet, pc and phone to perform job duties.

Reporting Structure
The Sales Representative will report directly to the Director, Product and Business Development and work closely with the company’s clinical leadership, marketing team, and product development team.
This role will also collaborate with Buckeye’s technology and logistics teams to ensure customers receive a fully integrated operational solution.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop relationships with OPOs and transplant centers across the United States
Conduct targeted outreach to OPO leaders, transplant administrators, program directors, and surgical leaders
Manage a structured sales pipeline through Buckeye’s CRM system
Execute Buckeye’s sales segmentation strategy across new prospects, existing customers, and expansion opportunities
Conduct discovery conversations to understand transplant program workflows, staffing models, and operational challenges
Present Buckeye’s service offerings including but not limited to clinical services, logistics coordination, patient management, and the LENSTM technology platform
Collaborate with internal clinical leadership to develop customized service proposals
Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales process
Track and report pipeline activity, deal progression, and revenue forecasts
Support strategic account expansion within existing Buckeye customers
The Sales Representative will operate within Buckeye’s structured sales framework:
Data-driven prospect identification using transplant program performance insights
Insight-led discovery conversations focused on operational challenges and transplant workflow
Solution alignment between Buckeye’s services and transplant program needs
Proposal development and contract negotiation
Transition of closed accounts to the customer success and onboarding teams

Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in sales, healthcare, or marketing field
1 -2 years of experience selling healthcare services, medical technology, or hospital operational solutions
Strong ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and administrators
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience managing a structured sales pipeline
Self-motivated with the ability to operate in a fast-growing environment
Familiarity with transplant programs, healthcare operations, or organ donation systems is strongly preferred
