Job Description
Ford Office Technologies is growing, and we are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to play a crucial role in supporting our sales team.
As a Sales Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team while ensuring the office runs efficiently. Responsible for opening and closing the office, assisting customers, processing sales documents, and maintaining organized records.
- Open the office each morning and prepare the workspace for daily operations.
- Close the office at the end of the day.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and greet clients professionally.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.

- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and secure.
- Collect and analyze customer and market information.
- Research competitors and industry trends to support sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales activities, and data analysis.

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in sales support or administrative work preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
