• Develop and maintain backend applications using Kotlin, Java, and the Spring Framework.
• Design and implement REST and GraphQL APIs to support system integrations and digital solutions.
• Build scalable and reliable services following software engineering best practices.
• Participate in the design and architecture of microservices and distributed systems.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and continuous improvement practices.
• Deploy and maintain services using cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Integrate systems using messaging and communication technologies, including Apache Kafka and gRPC.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues proactively and collaboratively.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions with development teams.
• Work collaboratively in agile environments, promoting effective communication, adaptability, and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Proven experience in backend development using Kotlin, Java, and the Spring Framework.
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience with microservices architecture, SOA concepts, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with messaging tools such as Apache Kafka.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
• Proactive mindset, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Technology certifications, participation in technical events, or conferences are considered a plus.
