Oracle ERP Functional Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to support a major enterprise transformation by optimizing Oracle ERP solutions across a global organization.
You will help design, configure, and improve business processes while ensuring technology aligns with operational goals.
The position combines functional expertise, business analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver successful ERP outcomes.
You will contribute throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from process mapping and testing to deployment and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Oracle ERP knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead ERP process mapping activities, fit-gap analysis, and configuration workshops to identify business requirements and solution opportunities.
  • Configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules according to enterprise standards and global process templates.
  • Support ERP implementation activities, including testing, cutover preparation, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Collaborate with project management teams, system integrators, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and system effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, process documentation, and user guidance to support adoption and change management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize ERP functionality and workflows.
  • Provide functional expertise across relevant Oracle ERP areas, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and related modules.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues, manage expectations, and support transformation objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud functional solutions.
  • Strong experience in ERP process design, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and other enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience supporting ERP transformation programs from design through implementation and stabilization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business users, project managers, and external partners.
  • Experience creating process documentation, training materials, and supporting organizational change initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
