Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive and grow.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster learning and development.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents to align on children's needs and progress.
- Assist with homework and educational activities, promoting a love for learning.
- Manage daily routines, including nap times, meals, and playtime, to ensure consistency and structure.
- Encourage positive behavior and social skills through guidance and support in various settings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with disabilities.
- Knowledge of childcare best practices, including child safety protocols and developmental activities.
- Ability to perform first aid confidently and respond calmly in emergencies.
- Skilled in meal preparation tailored to children's nutritional requirements.
- Experience with caregiving tasks such as diapering, feeding, potty training, and supervising playtime.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and other caregivers.
- Ability to maintain a clean environment through light cleaning duties related to childcare.
- Enthusiastic teaching skills to support early childhood education initiatives.
- Compassionate attitude with patience and understanding for children’s individual needs.
