About the Role

We’re hiring a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support residential apartment communities in Bucks County. You’ll complete work orders, perform repairs, assist with turnovers, and keep the properties running smoothly. This is a stable, full-time role with consistent hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete work orders: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance
  • Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (turns/make-readies)
  • Assist with inspections and follow-up repairs
  • Respond to emergency on-call situations (rotating schedule)
  • Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment
  • Help with snow removal and seasonal tasks
  • Provide great customer service to residents

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
  • Ability to manage work orders and prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
  • HVAC certification a plus (not required)
