PT Technician in Dandridge, Tennessee at Pro Therapy Services of East Tennessee Inc

The Physical Therapy Technician supports PTs, PTAs, and OTs by assisting with patient flow, preparing treatment areas, setting up and monitoring basic equipment or modalities, and helping patients with exercises under therapist direction. Responsibilities include communicating patient arrivals, maintaining clean and organized treatment rooms and gym spaces, disinfecting tables and equipment, handling laundry, restocking supplies, cleaning Astym tools, monitoring hot/cold packs and hydrocollators, and completing end-of-day clinic tasks. This role requires strong communication, attention to patient safety, initiative during downtime, respect for HIPAA guidelines, and the ability to anticipate patient and therapist needs while keeping the clinic running smoothly.
