Work Allocation: Responsible for Walmart account management; support projects for Sam's Club multi-category cooperation; (Base: SZ/GZ)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Performance Target Management Take charge of sales volume, gross profit, payment collection and other assessment targets for assigned key accounts. Develop individual account operation plans, actively explore opportunities for product expansion and sales growth, and steadily increase business share to ensure the achievement of phased performance goals.
- Client Relationship Maintenance & Business Negotiation Serve as the primary contact for designated clients. Communicate regularly with client procurement, operation and other core departments, conduct routine business reviews and relationship maintenance.
- Order & Supply Chain Management Oversee the full process including order verification, placement and delivery tracking. Monitor client inventory levels, reasonably forecast supply demands, and coordinate with internal warehousing and logistics teams to ensure punctual and sufficient product delivery.
- Policy Implementation & Campaign Execution Strictly implement company policies on pricing, promotion and marketing. Follow up the implementation and effect evaluation of client-side activities to guarantee accurate delivery and proper execution of all policies.
- Issue Handling Independently resolve routine issues such as product discrepancies, logistics exceptions, after-sales inquiries and customer complaints, and ensure full follow-up and closure. Report major incidents and potential cooperation risks to superiors promptly and assist with solutions.
- Reconciliation, Invoicing & Payment Collection Complete regular and monthly account reconciliation and document filing. Coordinate with the Finance team for invoicing and document delivery. Track payment status closely, control account periods, give early warnings on overdue payments and ensure smooth capital recovery.
- Data Statistics & Business Review Compile regular data on sales volume, inventory, product sales and payment collection, and submit business reports on schedule. Conduct weekly and monthly business reviews, analyze operational fluctuations and existing problems, and optimize development strategies.
- Market Intelligence & Risk Control Collect and feedback client operational updates, terminal sales performance and competitor information. Identify potential risks in supply, sales and cooperation, adjust operational strategies proactively, and enhance partnership stability and client loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Above 5 years of working experience in key account management or channel sales, capable of handling full-cycle client business independently. Walmart KA management experience is preferred.
- Possess basic skills in business negotiation, communication and cross-department collaboration; rigorous working attitude and strong execution.
- Proficient in office software, with capabilities of data statistics, analysis and work review.
- Result-oriented, proactive and responsible; able to handle daily business and emergencies independently.
- Familiar with the full business procedures including order processing, account reconciliation, payment collection and after-sales service. Relevant industry experience is preferred.
- Proficient in English, both written and speaking.
