Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions, reporting any changes to healthcare providers or family members.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or changes in client condition.
