This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Global Integration & Operational Excellence based in the United States.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced operations and transformation professional to design and scale enterprise-wide operating models that improve efficiency, collaboration, and business impact. In this role, you will lead global integration initiatives, optimize ways of working, and build sustainable frameworks that enhance workforce planning, governance, and operational performance. You will work across diverse teams and geographies to drive consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement across complex business environments. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to influence major transformation initiatives and shape future-ready capabilities. You will partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements through data, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Lead the development and execution of standardized transition strategies and operating models that improve integration, scalability, and effectiveness across global teams.
- Design and implement structured frameworks covering transition planning, assessment, execution, change management, risk mitigation, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and scale operational opportunities by aligning resources, capabilities, workflows, and business priorities to maximize efficiency and value.
- Drive consistency across transition initiatives by reducing process variation, eliminating inefficiencies, and improving productivity, quality, and sustainability.
- Develop workforce and capacity planning frameworks that align resource allocation, demand forecasting, onboarding needs, and future business requirements.
- Establish governance models, service frameworks, ownership structures, workflows, escalation paths, and decision-making processes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and responsible AI adoption to improve operational performance and business outcomes.
- Build future-ready capabilities through onboarding standards, skills development programs, maturity models, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Create performance dashboards and executive reporting mechanisms to measure effectiveness, productivity, quality, compliance, and operational improvements.
- Influence senior stakeholders by providing insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance on transformation priorities and operating model evolution.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, enterprise program management, shared services, healthcare operations, life sciences, or related fields.
- Experience working across global, cross-functional, or cross-geography teams, including shared service, offshore, nearshore, or similar operating models.
- Proven ability to design and implement operating models, transition frameworks, governance structures, and performance measurement systems.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, capacity management, talent development, onboarding, and capability-building strategies.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and business functions.
- Ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, quality, compliance, and cost effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage metrics, dashboards, and data insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent influencing, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments while balancing standardization with business-specific needs.
- Experience with AI-enabled workflow optimization, digital transformation, automation, or advanced operations methodologies is highly desirable.
- Advanced degree or certifications in operations management, transformation, or AI-related disciplines are considered a plus.
- Fully remote position available anywhere in the United States.
- Competitive annual salary range of $204,400 - $379,600.
