- Lead enterprise-wide assessments of existing CMMS/EAM environments, documenting current business processes, operational workflows, system integrations, and data landscapes.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and executive presentations to gather business, technical, operational, and strategic requirements.
- Perform gap analyses and define future-state business processes, functional requirements, technical architecture, and implementation priorities.
- Evaluate enterprise CMMS/EAM platforms and provide strategic recommendations that support modernization, procurement planning, and long-term technology roadmaps.
- Develop implementation strategies including governance frameworks, migration readiness plans, data remediation approaches, and integration recommendations.
- Assess data quality across key maintenance and asset management domains, identifying risks and recommending cleansing, normalization, and governance improvements.
- Produce executive-level reports, business cases, project documentation, implementation roadmaps, and readiness assessments that guide successful transformation initiatives.
- Support project governance by maintaining planning documentation, stakeholder engagement activities, risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting throughout the engagement.
- 10+ years of consulting experience delivering complex enterprise business, technology, asset management, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven expertise conducting current-state assessments, future-state planning, implementation readiness evaluations, and strategic roadmap development.
- Strong background in CMMS/EAM modernization, replacement planning, system assessments, or enterprise implementation projects.
- Experience with enterprise CMMS/EAM platforms such as IBM Maximo, Maximo Application Suite, or equivalent maintenance and asset management solutions.
- Solid understanding of facilities maintenance, asset management, preventive maintenance, work order management, inventory management, service requests, and operational reporting.
- Demonstrated experience assessing enterprise data quality, developing remediation strategies, supporting migration readiness, and establishing data governance practices.
- Ability to engage effectively with executive leadership, business stakeholders, architects, technical teams, privacy and security specialists, and operational leaders.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, business analysis, documentation, and project management skills.
- Experience within healthcare, public sector, or other asset-intensive organizations is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications are considered an advantage.
