As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the friendly voice that helps customers take the next step—whether that's scheduling a service appointment, answering questions, or connecting them with the right department.

You'll play an important role in creating exceptional experiences while helping our dealerships build lasting customer relationships.

• Answer inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Schedule appointments for sales and service teams.
• Build lasting customer relationships through timely follow-up and exceptional communication.
• Accurately document every customer interaction within our CRM system.
• Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase appointment conversions.
• Follow up with customers after their purchase or visit to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Stay informed on our vehicles, services, technology, and dealership promotions.
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining outstanding customer service.

• Loves talking with people and building relationships.
• Communicates clearly and professionally by phone, text, and email.
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Learns new technology quickly and is comfortable using computer systems.
• Takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
• Is dependable, positive, and enjoys being part of a team.
• Is available to work Saturdays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience preferred.
• Experience using a CRM system is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.

• $19.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
