Ameripolish is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to turn product information into compelling content, strengthen our brand, and help generate qualified sales leads. Working closely with Sales Leadership and Product Development, you’ll manage projects across graphic design, digital marketing, video, website content, and industry events.

• Develop marketing campaigns and content that support product launches, promotions, and sales goals.

• Design brochures, catalogs, sales materials, digital graphics, product labels, and packaging artwork.

• Manage social media channels and create engaging content that drives website traffic and customer interest.

• Produce and edit videos for product demonstrations, education, and promotional campaigns.

• Keep website product pages, images, videos, and downloadable resources accurate and current.

• Coordinate trade show materials, booth graphics, promotional items, and event logistics.

• Track campaign results, website activity, social engagement, and lead generation to guide improvements.

• Manage project schedules, creative assets, outside vendors, and marketing expenses.

• 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction products, industrial products, or another B2B environment.

• Experience with graphic design software, social media management, digital content creation, and website updates.

• Strong writing and visual communication skills, including the ability to make technical product information clear and engaging.

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with limited supervision.

• Video production and editing experience strongly preferred.

• Experience supporting trade shows, product launches, or promotional campaigns preferred.

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

You’ll have broad creative ownership, work directly with sales and product teams, and see your work support product awareness and customer engagement—from a new product label to a digital campaign or trade show display.

Minimum starting pay is $60,000/year and is commensurate with experience and skills
