Our client is a leading company in the oil distribution industry. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Commerncial Sales Representative to join thier growing team and help them expand their reach!
A dynamic commercial sales role focused on managing a diverse client portfolio, driving territory growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Execute territory business plans to meet volume, profitability, and stewardship targets.
Manage a portfolio of commercial, automotive, municipal, and government accounts.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
Conduct business presentations, market analysis, and competitive monitoring.
Provide pricing input, market insights, and accurate product demand forecasts.
Support credit assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain strong customer relationships through value‑added services and proactive support.
Oversee daily commercial operations including collections, claims, and customer service.
Utilize CRM tools to manage territory activities and customer interactions.
Participate in financial statement preparation and assist with price changes when needed.
Ensure brand visibility and adherence to safety, HSEQ, and asset security standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and provide backup support to fellow representatives.
Coordinate administrative processes for new accounts and foster long‑term partnerships.
Evaluate CAPEX agreements and ensure profitable ROI.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business.
Significant commercial sales experience.
Strong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to interpret business publications, technical procedures, and regulations.
Skilled in preparing reports, business correspondence, and professional presentations.
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Bilingual (English & Spanish).
Reliable transportation and valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
Valid passport and willingness to travel for business training.

Base Salary: starting at $22,000 annually + attractive commissions + meal, gas, tolls allowances
