We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician in Minot, ND. Explore Monarch here https://www.mimginvestment.com/ and consider this your personal invitation to apply!

Your day-to-day:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
- Respond to work orders and resident service requests
- Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
- Participate in an on-call rotation on an as needed basis
- Snow removal when needed

What Were Looking For:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
- Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time

Compensation & Benefits:
- $28.00 - $30.00 per Hour
- Annual salary increase potential
