This is a senior enterprise leadership role responsible for defining and executing the global talent acquisition vision for a fast-growing, mission-driven organization. You will shape long-term workforce strategies that ensure the business has access to the right talent at the right time across all regions and functions. Acting as a key advisor to the executive leadership team, you will influence decisions related to workforce planning, organizational scaling, and talent investment priorities. The role requires building and leading a high-performing global recruiting organization, ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and measurable hiring impact. You will also drive innovation in recruiting systems, analytics, and employer branding to strengthen talent pipelines and enhance candidate experience. This is a high-impact leadership position where talent strategy directly enables business growth and organizational success at scale.
- Define and lead the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with enterprise business objectives and long-range workforce planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CHRO, and executive leadership team on talent supply, hiring risks, and workforce strategy.
- Build, scale, and develop a global recruiting organization, ensuring operational excellence across all regions and functions.
- Design and implement hiring strategies supporting organizational growth, including capacity planning, expansion, and critical role hiring.
- Establish a scalable, data-driven recruiting operating model with clear processes, systems, and performance metrics.
- Oversee global TA budget management, including agency spend, recruiting technologies, and employer branding investments to maximize ROI.
- Drive continuous improvement in hiring performance, including quality of hire, speed, diversity representation, and candidate experience.
- Partner with HR, compensation, and business leaders to align workforce planning, organizational design, and hiring strategies.
- Strengthen employer brand positioning and build strategic partnerships with external talent channels, universities, and executive search firms.
- Ensure compliance with global employment regulations while advancing inclusive and equitable hiring practices.
- 15+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership of global, enterprise-scale recruiting organizations.
- 8–10+ years of senior leadership experience managing multi-level teams and leaders of leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting functions in complex, high-growth, or global environments.
- Strong executive presence with experience partnering directly with C-level leadership on workforce strategy.
- Deep expertise in global talent markets, workforce planning, and recruiting best practices.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and optimizing talent investment ROI.
- Experience implementing recruiting technologies, HRIS platforms (such as Workday), and analytics-driven hiring models.
- Demonstrated success in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusive hiring strategies.
- Preferred: experience in SaaS, technology, or education technology sectors and organizational transformation contexts.
- Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $215,900 – $269,900 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
