What You'll Expect
You’ll support the restaurant team by delivering food promptly, maintaining clean tables, and ensuring guests have an excellent dining experience. You’ll work closely with servers and bartenders to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests promptly and warmly; escort them to tables and present menus
- Manage reservations, seating charts, and floor plans to maintain smooth service flow
- Keep the host station clean, stocked, and organized; maintain menu cleanliness
- Provide information about menus, events, and promotions
- Assist guests with special needs, such as removing chairs to accommodate wheelchairs or seating preferences
- Complete opening, ongoing, and closing side-work as assigned
- Deliver food to guests quickly and accurately
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between guests
- Maintain clean and organized tables, floors, and work areas
- Refill drinks, replace silverware, and ensure supplies are stocked
- Handle take-out packaging and assist with guest needs
- Assist with stocking liquor, beer, wine, glassware, ice, and bar supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all company service standards and safety policies
What You'll Bring
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Dependable, positive attitude, and guest-focused approach
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform active tasks throughout the shift
