Position: Window Washer | Part-Time
Schedule: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday – Friday
Location: Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport, Milwaukee, WI
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Tentative Start Date: June 22, 2026

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, part-time Window Washer to join our team at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, WI. This is a consistent, stable position where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality window cleaning services across interior and exterior surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, scrub, and squeegee windows to remove dirt, dust, grime, water spots, and debris from glass surfaces, including frames, tracks, and sills.
- Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, or other access equipment, always adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Operate and maintain window washing equipment including squeegees, scrubbers, extension poles, and water-fed poles.
- Apply attention to detail to ensure streak-free, spotless results, using lint-free cloths to detail edges and corners for a flawless finish.
- Coordinate window cleaning schedules with clients and team members to ensure timely completion of services.
- Conduct visual inspections of cleaned windows and address any areas requiring touch-ups to meet quality standards.
- Interact professionally with clients and occupants, addressing questions or concerns with courtesy and attentiveness.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear always required PPE.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of janitorial experience.
- 1–2 years of professional window washing experience.
- Experience operating scissor lifts and other cleaning machines.
- Proof of lift certification must be provided if applicable.
- Schedule flexibility — operational changes may require shift adjustments.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
Qualifications:
- Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Able to be on your feet and physically active throughout your shift.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and aerial equipment.
- Knowledge of window cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
