Job Title: Cosmetic Liaison
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Type: Full Time
Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Location: Roseville, MN
Job Summary:
The Cosmetic Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for patients interested in cosmetic dermatology services. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience by educating patients on available treatments, guiding them through their cosmetic journey, coordinating consultations and treatment plans, and supporting the growth of the cosmetic department. The Cosmetic Liaison acts as a trusted resource for patients while partnering closely with providers, aestheticians, and the cosmetic team to ensure seamless communication and outstanding service.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- 2+ years of customer facing or customer service experience required
- Minimum 1 year experience in medical aesthetics in a front desk or receptionist position preferred.
- Experience with scheduling, patient coordination, or front desk operations preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn practice management software.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for patients interested in cosmetic services.
· Answer incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries regarding cosmetic treatments, products, pricing, and scheduling.
· Schedule cosmetic consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments while maintaining provider schedules efficiently.
· Educate patients on cosmetic services offered by the practice.
· Provide exceptional customer service by building positive relationships with patients and ensuring a welcoming experience.
· Coordinate communication between patients, providers, aestheticians, and clinic staff regarding cosmetic appointments and treatment plans.
· Collect payments, process transactions, and review cosmetic pricing, packages, and promotions with patients.
· Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the electronic medical record system.
· Assist with maintaining cosmetic product inventory and merchandise displays as needed.
· Support cosmetic events, promotions, and patient appreciation activities when applicable.
· Maintain knowledge of cosmetic services, skincare products, and practice offerings to provide accurate information to patients.
· Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a clinic setting. This is not a remote position. This role is expected to occasionally travel to other sites as the need arises.
Physical Demands:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times..
