Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS / CI/CD / Platform Engineering) | Contract in Vilnius/Kaunas at WISE INTEGRATION

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the development of a new CRM and Communication Platform within the Customer Area. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and ensuring the reliability of customer-facing systems.

The consultant will work closely with platform teams and stakeholders, support production environments, and contribute to DevOps best practices and standards across the organization.

Seniority: Senior consultant with 7+ years of experience. We are looking for a highly mature, top-tier professional with a proven track record in DevOps and platform engineering.

• Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• AWS expertise and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt).
• Experience working with cloud environments (IaaS).
• Solid troubleshooting skills in production environments.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently in regulated environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

The more experience you have with the following, the stronger your profile will be:

• Kubernetes and observability tooling.
• Experience with Amazon Connect.
• Background in CRM or Contact Center platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers.

• Geographic Location: Lithuania.
• Work Model: Hybrid (occasional business trips across the Baltics may be required).
• Allocation: Full-time.

Contract End Date: 31-12-2026 (with the possibility of extension, subject to performance and client satisfaction).
