Registered Nurse (RN)
Full-Time | $40-$45 per Hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-4:30PM & Friday, 8AM-12PM
Location: Newnan, GA 30265

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support patient care throughout the perioperative process. This role works closely with physicians, clinical staff, and patients to promote safe, efficient care delivery while maintaining compliance with established clinical standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Assessment
  • Perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, and accurately document findings.
  • Recognize and communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate care team members.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans.
  • Maintain detailed and timely patient documentation.
Procedural & Recovery Support
  • Provide nursing care before, during, and after procedures.
  • Monitor patient status throughout treatment and recovery phases.
  • Evaluate patient responses to interventions and communicate concerns as needed.
  • Help ensure a safe and positive patient experience across all stages of care.
Teamwork & Clinical Support
  • Partner with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Assist in coordinating patient care activities and maintaining efficient clinical workflows.
  • Provide guidance and support to clinical support staff while reinforcing established protocols.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and continuing education opportunities.
Quality & Compliance
  • Follow all facility policies, professional standards, and evidence-based nursing practices.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Current ACLS certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
  • Previous Pain Management experience.
  • Experience using Athena or other electronic health record systems.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • CPAN certification.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and healthcare technology systems.
