Production & Shipping Coordinator in Henrico, Virginia at Tucker Door and Trim

We’re growing—and looking for a strong Production & Shipping Coordinator to keep production moving and delivering on time!

Tucker Door & Trim is a respected distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork serving the construction industry. As we expand, we’re seeking a reliable, hands-on leader to join our Richmond Team. This role connects Sales, Production, Inventory, and Shipping to ensure orders are accurate, on schedule, and delivered successfully.

• $25/hr to $30/hr (depending on experience)
• Full Time
• Day Shift

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
• 2+ years experience in production coordination, logistics, shipping, or manufacturing support
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do

• Manage and track production jobs in the ERP system
• Ensure orders are released, scheduled, and moving smoothly through production
• Coordinate materials, job flow, and priorities to meet deadlines
• Create and manage production and shipping documentation
• Schedule shipments, process manifests, and track deliveries
• Resolve shipping issues (delays, damages, shortages)
• Communicate order and delivery status to customers and internal teams
