Job Description
Unit Overview: The Randallia ICU is a 12‑bed critical care unit located on the main floor of Parkview Randallia, providing care for patients with moderate to high acuity needs. The unit serves a mixed population of ICU and progressive‑level patients who require advanced monitoring, intensive medical management, and timely interventions for complex conditions. Care is delivered in a fast‑paced environment by a collaborative team that includes nurses and patient care technicians, with a strong emphasis on critical thinking, prioritization, and effective communication. The Randallia ICU supports a broad range of critical care needs while maintaining flexibility to manage patients across varying levels of acuity, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and patient‑centered care.

Qualifications:
Requires a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required. CPR certification.
Additional certifications may be required for specified areas.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds. (Lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments.) Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
