We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable traveling, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while collaborating with healthcare teams.Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, examinations, and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions within scope of practice
- Administer treatments and medications as appropriate
- Travel to assigned healthcare facilities, clinics locations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans when needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Support telehealth consultations when required
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Relevant certifications and clinical credentials
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, family medicine, home health, or related settings preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical environments
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- CPR/BLS certification required
